1. What Are Cookies and Browser Storage?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) is a related mechanism that lets a web application keep information in your browser between page loads. Both allow the Platform to recognize your browser and remember your session and preferences. This Policy describes how BizTender uses cookies and browser storage on biztender.ai and app.biztender.ai (the “Platform”).
2. How We Use Them
BizTender uses cookies and browser storage that are necessary to operate and secure the Platform, to remember your preferences, and, only if you agree, to measure how the Platform is used. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share information collected through cookies for advertising.

4. Third-Party Cookies
The items above that are set by Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe, Google, Mux and Vercel are governed by those providers’ own privacy policies. They are used on the Platform for authentication, bot protection, payment security, video playback and usage measurement, not to serve you advertising on other websites. Stripe and Cloudflare may also use the signals they collect to improve their own fraud and bot detection, acting as independent controllers for that purpose.
5. How to Manage Cookies
5.1 Your Choices
When you first visit biztender.ai or app.biztender.ai we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are not set unless you select “Accept analytics”. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or in your account settings, and if you withdraw consent we delete the analytics cookies we can reach.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: if your browser sends one, we treat it as a refusal of analytics cookies.
We have configured Google Analytics with advertising features, Google signals and data sharing turned off. We do not send your name, email address or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics. The web address we report is the page address plus any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source and utm_campaign); every other part of the address, including anything that identifies you or your account, is removed before the address is sent.
5.2 Browser Settings
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies and site data through their settings. You can typically set your browser to block all cookies, accept all cookies, clear site data, or notify you when a cookie is set. Because the items in the Strictly Necessary category are needed for sign-in, security and payment, blocking them may prevent you from using the Platform. Consult your browser’s help documentation for instructions.
5.3 If We Add Other Non-Essential Technologies
If BizTender introduces advertising, retargeting or other non-essential technologies, we will update this Policy before doing so, identify the provider and purpose, and ask for your consent first.
5.4 Do Not Track
The Platform does not respond to legacy “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals, as there is no industry-wide standard for DNT implementation. We do honor Global Privacy Control as described in Section 5.1.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in the cookies we use, our practices, or applicable law. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a new version number and “Last Updated” date. Material changes, including the introduction of any new non-essential cookie category, will be communicated by in-application notice before they take effect, and where the change affects a category you have consented to, we will ask again.
