This policy describes how BizTender Inc (“BizTender,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information through biztender.ai.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when using our website:

  • Founding seller signup: email address and (optionally) your name.

We do not require account creation on the public marketing site and do not collect payment information through this website. We set analytics cookies only if you agree to them — see our Cookie Policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Confirm your founding seller signup via double opt-in.
  • Send you updates about BizTender and your founding seller spot.
  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about our services.
  • Improve our website through privacy-respecting analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services (for example, email delivery infrastructure).

Data Storage & Retention

Subscriber data is stored in our Supabase database and delivered to you via Resend. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time and request deletion of your information by contacting us.

Data Security

We protect your information through:

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all form submissions and page loads.
  • No personal information readable by scripts in your browser. The address we remember for the Learn tools is encrypted and can be read only by our server.
  • Security headers configured on all pages.

Your Rights Under CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to know: You may request what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to delete: You may request that we delete your personal information.
  • Right to opt-out of sale: BizTender does not sell personal information. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so.
  • Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to collect anonymous performance data. These services do not use cookies and do not allow us to identify individual visitors.

If you agree to analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and we can decline or withdraw it at any time from Cookie settings. We send Google the page address and, where a link carried one, the campaign tag identifying which newsletter or post you arrived from. Everything else in a web address is removed, and we never send your email address or anything you typed into a tool.

Third-Party Services

The following third-party services may process data in connection with our website:

  • Vercel: website hosting and anonymous analytics.
  • Supabase: subscriber database and authentication.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery.
  • Google: Google Analytics, only if you consent to analytics cookies.

We do not use advertising services, we do not sell advertising, and we run no advertising cookies. With your consent we use Google Analytics, described above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
